Dr. Linda van den Berg (L.E.M.)
Sports physician
Short introduction
As the only sports physician in the Netherlands focusing exclusively on children, I enjoy helping kids who are unable to participate in sports due to complaints such as injuries, chest pain, or shortness of breath, helping them feel better and eventually return to physical activity. In addition, I conduct research and provide guidance for children with chronic illnesses, such as heart and/or lung conditions, metabolic disorders, muscle diseases, and gastrointestinal diseases, supporting them to stay active and participate in sports despite their condition.
